Every prototype you build just to find a problem is one you could have skipped. Simulation lets us push a design until it breaks on screen, fix it, and turn up to physical testing already confident.
Where it earns its keep
Drops, vibration, heat, airflow, fatigue. The expensive failures are usually the ones you cannot see by eye. We model them early, when a fix is a change in CAD instead of a new tool.
Checked against reality
Simulation is only worth something if it matches what really happens. We line our models up against physical test data wherever we can, so the numbers are something you can trust.
